Photography has been said to be the art of capturing light. We believe that photographs can shed light into the viewer's life also. The truth and beauty in the photographs present the reality in the light of a present hope. We strive to present each subject in that light.

Print work has always been a fun challenge to us. By using the most cost effective means, we embed an element of play into the artwork. As the medium of print is physical, we place emphasis on the relation it can have with the viewer.

story videography

The story is already half told when it is being captured on film/tape. Intuition and sensitivity to the environment is required to capture the 'live' essense of the moment, as if the viewer were right there in the scene. We enjoy the process of 'stepping into the story' together with you.

Our videographers are cross-trained in photography, hence maintaining our style and philosophy in capturing the footage.

The other half of story-telling. Editing according to music, to pace, to theme, and to any other elements within the story brings forth the 'taste' of the video. It can appeal to the mind and the heart, with or without the use of audio. But as the elements of picture, text, sounds and motion are integrated, the viewer is then invited to be immersed in the story.

Our passion in post production helps us wrap and deliver all our design artwork in a sleek and tasteful manner.

We hope to set up an Animation and Visual Effects (VFX) division down the road.

impart training

We are always excited to see the next generation of media artists do more than what we've done. That is why we eagerly coach and pass on all that we have learnt to those who are willing to learn. Processes and perspectives coupled with hands-on training: these are our emphasis in our customised training modules, as they are vital areas which will help increase the student's future learning and application capacity. We practice this form of training with all within Blue Rain Studios.
